How to participate in the '15 Class Challenge' in MARCH?

Here’s how to join:

1. Sign Up for Studio SWEAT onDemand

- If you don’t already have access, sign up using the link below to enjoy FREE access to Well-U's fitness and wellness platform, packed with thousands of on-demand classes.

- Already have an SSoD account? No action needed—your activity will automatically be tracked during the challenge!

2. Take 15 Classes in March

- Complete at least 15 classes (any duration) during the month of March to be entered into the prize drawings.

- Classes can be done anytime, anywhere—at home, in the office, or on the go!

3. Win Exciting Prizes

- Prize drawings will take place at the end of the challenge. Prizes include:
